Request for Permission to Arrive Early

This request for permission to arrive early into a designated University Managed Residence will only be accepted where the individual has formally accepted an offer of a room within the residence and complied with all acceptance formalities. Where your allocated contractual room is not available for early tenancy, you will be placed in an alternative room within the same residence until your room is available.

PAYMENT OF EARLY ARRIVAL

Students will be charged £15.00 per night for each night requested prior to the official contract start date of Sunday 20th September 2020.

*** NOTE: No Charge for arrival between the 12th and 19th September 2020 ***

As soon as we have agreement from the Halls Manager that a room is available for Early Arrival you will be contacted for payment.

No refunds will be made on cancellations made once a room has been prepared for occupancy.
