Below are details of accommodation available during the ICCS conference. If you require hotel accommodation we advise you book as soon as possible, as it is a very busy time in the City of Sheffield over the dates of the conference.
University Halls of Residence
Charlotte Court is located 10 minute walk away from Sheffield Hallam City Campus. Accommodation is in single study ensuite bedrooms, arranged in flats of six rooms. Each flat has a soft seating area and a kitchen. Please bring any crockery, cutlery or pans you require for your stay as there are none provided in the kitchens.
The cost will be £32.00 including VAT per night per person for bed only, to book this accommodation please download the booking form and return to the conference secretariat.
Woodville & Marshall Halls
Our Woodville and Marshall Halls are located at Collegiate Crescent Campus and is a 20 minute walk from Sheffield Hallam University City Campus where the conference will be taking place. Accommodation is in single study rooms equipped with washbasin, wardrobe facilities, writing desk and chair. Bed linen is provided and is changed once a week. Shower and toilet facilities are shared on each wing.
Breakfast will be available each morning at Millers Cafe located at the Heart of the Campus. The cost will be £23.00 per night B&B, to book this accommodation please download the booking form and return to the conference secretariat.
There is a good choice of hotels close to Conference 21 facilities. All offer en-suite accommodation whilst some also include leisure facilities. The Novotel is adjacent to our City Campus and several others are only a short walking distance away.
