The conference will be held at the City Campus of Sheffield Hallam University in the splendid facilities around the award-winning Atrium. The venue is conveniently located opposite the railway station in the heart of the city, and is part of an impressive £100m development, with modern lecture theatre and seminar room facilities, and stylish hospitality areas.
The conference will take place in the Peak Theatre, which is located in the Howard Building. The main entrance is located opposite the Novotel hotel on Arundel Gate, and the registration desk will be located just inside the main entrance and will be clearly sign posted. By rail & road
Sheffield is well served by rail and road. The city is easily reached by rail from London St Pancras (2½ hours), Newcastle (2 hours), Manchester (1½ hours) and Birmingham (1½ hours).
The principal train services on the north-east/south-west rail route pass through Sheffield. For railway enquiries, please visit National Rail.
The M1 motorway (junction 33) gives direct access to the city from north and south. Access from the west is via the A57 and from the east via the M18/M1.
The nearest international airports are Manchester, Nottingham East Midlands and the Robin Hood Doncaster/Sheffield.
