Early professional development

EPD co-ordinator's perspective.

Giles MarshallMatthew Arnold School is an 11 - 18 school situated just outside Oxford. The school employs an Early Professional Development co-ordinator who is responsible for development of early career teachers in the school.

Here the EPD co-ordinator, Andrew Hanlan, talks about their own role in the school and the specific development programme that they have in place for Early career teachers.

In addition a Senior Leader in the school, Giles Marshall, also discusses the early careers development programme from a SLT perspective.
