We are the Scuba Diving club at Sheffield Hallam University. SHUSAC is a member of the British Sub Aqua Club (BSAC) branch, number 9214.

The aim of our club is to teach people to dive and then go diving! Pretty simple! We take people from Sheffield Hallam University who are new to diving aswell as people who have already qualified. Take a look at the Training page to see where you fit in if you're already qualified with a different agency.

We dive throughout the year although lectures and pool sessions are usually only ran during term time. We meet each week for lectures at 7pm on a Wednesday usually in the Owen Building on Level 10. Following the lectures, we have the pool at Ponds Forge International Sports Centre (Usually the 6m dive pit!) Then we all go for an off gas in the Queens Head Inn across from Ponds Forge from about 10pm.
