This is held, in accordance with the club constitution, towards the end of March every year. The meeting is open to all members of the club. At the meeting club members consider the Annual Report and the Financial Report for the previous 12 months, vote for who they wish to serve on the committee for the coming year and choose the club auditors for the next 12 months. It is at this meeting that any changes to the club constitution can be proposed and, if deemed fit, passed.

Notice of the meeting and full details of how to stand for committee are published in the issue of Striders News prior to the meeting. Copies of the various reports and the agenda are available on the night.

At the end of the meeting trophy and prize presentations are made to the leading runners in each age category for the club Road Race Championships, the Club 10km Championship Race, the Club X-Country Race and the Long Distance Strider.
