The Research & Teaching Expertise Database is an online tool that allows Sheffield Hallam University staff to search for and match areas of expertise to colleagues, encouraging knowledge exchange and collaboration. The database is available to all SHU staff and can be accessed at https://extra.shu.ac.uk/cdare/red, where users login with their normal SHU details. No registration is required to use the database, but to be included staff need to complete a simple profile.
