Shakespeare and Postcolonial India

The Upstart Crow: A Shakespeare Journal invites contributions for a special issue on Shakespeare and Postcolonial India, for publication in 2001. The issue will compile a variety of essays pertaining to the topic, such as teaching Shakespeare in Postcolonial India, Shakespearean drama on the Indian stage, and appropriating Shakespeare in Indian writing.
