"Hi, I’m Sheila Quairney and I head up the Hatchery team. It’s been nine years since I set up the Enterprise Challenge competition to stimulate interest in self employment at the University, and it’s amazing to see the huge range of support that we have developed over the years since then for our students and recent graduates. I’ve never been brave enough to run my own business, but I have been involved in the Prince’s Trust for several years and of course have seen our own successful entrepreneurs develop and flourish. I’m looking forward to spending more time in the Hatchery this year and getting to know you all better, and improving my Laser Quest skills - maybe I won’t come last next time!"
