10th Public-Private Partnerhsips Conference in 2004 will be held in Portugal.
So, if you are one of those who attend before, do join us to celabrate
the event. Also, do suggest ideas to the organiszing team about the content
of the event. |

let Luiz Montanheiro know soon. Ideas/suggestions for venue, content,
and organisational structure are very welcoming. |

has been a number of request from Europe and Africa in terms of financial
support to attend the event. Any help and/or support available? Pleas,e

European group on PPP studies is progressing slowly. EU has not approved
anything in terms of support. There are a number of colleagues wanting
to pursue the point. So, let us hear suggestions on what can be done. |

are running the doctoral part of the 8th PPP Conference. Do get in touch
with themn with your ideas. Heleen needs to get to know sources of PhD
directories outside the Netherlands to get in contact with. Wishing the
