The homogeniser consists basically of a motor-driven gearbox incorporating a cam-shaft driving the pump ram. This ram operates in a stainless steel cylinder block and any leakage is sealed by hygienic self-sealing packaging. This homogeniser is designed to give an output of 10 gallons per hour at operating pressures up to a maximum of 1000 lbs per square inch
