Registration Fees

Advance registration fees for participants include the costs for three lunches, a reception, buffet dinner and coffee breaks. Registration on site will be at a higher rate.

A Registration Form may be obtained online or from the Conference Office.

Student/Resident/Post Doctoral Fellow

Registrants in this category must enclose a copy of a university ID or letter certifying eligibility signed by department head/advisor.

Spouse/Guest

This category permits a guest or spouse of the participant to attend meal functions at cost. This is a social registration - to be admitted to a scientific session you must be registered as a participant.

To register complete the requested information and enclose payment by cheque, money order, bank or wire transfer (see information on Registration Form).

Visa or Master card are also accepted for payment of registration fees.
