Social and Moral Responsibility:
A moral dilemma

A family of six discovered an abandoned diary. It was found at the base of the cliffs, resting on a boulder at the entrance of a cave. The diary was in perfect condition, but a few years old. So who had taken a diary onto a beach? Should the contents be read? Would the owner return to the beach? What is the best course of action, leave it, or try to return it? The story was presented as a moral dilemma to a team of office workers. What did they think? Transcript - Diary on a beach
