Triple Crossed

From September 2008 to August 2009 the Centre for Science Education at Sheffield Hallam University collaborated with science, history and citizenship teachers from three South Yorkshire secondary schools on the cross-curricular project, Triple Crossed.

The overall aim of Triple Crossed was to make science learning more accessible, effective and enjoyable by using cross-curricular methods. Science, history and citizenship were brought together through cross-departmental teaching teams who met at regular intervals throughout the year.

Over the course of the academic year they worked together to develop and design fourteen cross-curricular classroom resources.
