Sheffield By Air
The nearest airport is Manchester International (MAN) (34 miles / 50 km) 1.5 hours - take a train from the airport to Sheffield Central train station (requires one change at Manchester Piccadily). Whenever possible, purchase "Return" tickets as they are more cost effective.
Other airports:
- East Midlands Airport (EMA) - 2 hours, take a shuttle bus to East Midlands Parkway train station and then take a train to Sheffield train station
- Leeds Bradford Airport (LBA) - 2 hours, take a bus to Leeds train station and take a train to Sheffield train station
- Heathrow Airport (LHR) - 4 hours, take the tube (Piccadilly Line) to King's Cross/St. Pancras and take a train to Sheffield train station. Advance train ticket purchase recommended.
By Rail
The Cutlers' Hall is located 800 metres from Sheffield train station. A 10 minute tram journey from Sheffield train station will take you to Cathedral Station, which is outside the The Cutlers' Hall. Alternatively, it is a 5 minute taxi journey away.

By Tram
The nearest tram stop is Cathedral Station. The tram can also be boarded at Sheffield railway station which drops off directly in front of the Hall.
By Road
- Leave the M1 at Junction 33 and follow the A630/A57 (Sheffield Parkway) to Sheffield to the Park Square Roundabout.
- Follow the lane marked 'City A61N' at the fourth exit, keeping Ponds Forge Swimming & Leisure Centre on your left, follow signs to the Theatres/Hallam University.
- Travel up the hill through the first set of traffic lights, at the next set of traffic lights, veer right, you will pass the Poundland store on your left. PLEASE NOTE: road is signposted access only, but travel up this road for 150-200 yards and Cutlers' Hall is on your left between Tesco and the Royal Bank of Scotland.
- The Cutlers' Hall has big silver doors and is directly opposite the Cathedral.

Via Meadowhall
Leaving the M1 @ Junction 34, park your vehicle free of charge in the Meadowhall Shopping Centre. You can catch the tram into the City getting off at the Cathedral Station stop (this is directly outside The Cutlers' Hall). This takes about 15 minutes, and is a very pleasant way to see the City.
