This is the 2nd annual Institutional Research Conference and provides invaluable sponsorship and exhibition opportunities for your organisation.
Information for Exhibitors
The Exhibition
The exhibition area(s) will be in a central position to the event providing easy access for all conference delegates. This is an ideal opportunity for you to inform delegates of the products and services you offer to higher education and to engage in lively and stimulating conversation. The exhibition area(s) will be fully open on both days of the conference and time will be scheduled into the programme for delegates to visit and engage with the exhibitors. Stand set up times will be confirmed prior to the event.

Exhibitor package
£269.00 for 2 full days early bird offer until 15 May 2009.
£295.00 for 2 full days thereafter.
This package includes:
- exhibition space with stand
- wireless internet access
- free invitation to any session
- web link on the conference website
- lunch and refreshments for two attendees on both days
- two places at the conference dinner (Chatsworth House, Derbyshire)
- 100 words of text in the conference handbook with logo
- access to delegate list

Sponsorship opportunities
This year we are offering a range of sponsorship packages which will provide your organisation with the opportunity to have a strong presence throughout the conference.
